Important Health Notice and Legal Disclaimer
Your health and safety come first.
At Conscious Breath Co. (CBC), we offer immersive breathwork experiences, including 9D Breathwork, that combine guided breathing techniques, layered soundscapes, music and sensory elements.
Depending on the experience, breathing techniques may range from gentle, restorative practices to more intensive, activating breathwork.
While breathwork can be a valuable wellbeing practice, certain techniques may not be suitable for everyone. We encourage all participants to understand the potential risks and consider their individual health circumstances before booking.
What to expect
Breathwork can produce a range of physical, emotional and psychological responses, which vary from person to person.
These may include:
Changes in breathing patterns, heart rate and bodily sensations.
Tingling, light-headedness, dizziness or temporary physical discomfort.
Emotional responses, including crying, laughter or the surfacing of difficult feelings.
Changes in awareness, perception or emotional state.
These responses are not experienced by everyone, and no particular physical, emotional or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.
Participation is always voluntary. You are encouraged to listen to your body, adjust your breathing or stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
